This isnt anything new.

When i had my rover, there was trials with these. The performance below 40mph (on the rover) was greatly improved, but after that it was just a restriction in the inlet.

I had one of these about 4 years ago on my zetec fiesta, and i didnt feel much difference i think its all in the head.Its abit like that ecutek valve that you can buy which swirls the air in the inlet,which i had one of these as well at the same time on my fiesta, i think its aload of old rubbish and a waste of money.

Of curse it can, and it is all additive as you can imagine so its 10+20+20=50bhp on top of what you've got
