Hey guys. I seem to have a chipped and cracked front lip. It looks like a stone has hit it whilst I've been driving. It has paint missing in one area and then, leading away in a horizontal fashion, there is a crack which runs a few inches both left and right. So I'm wondering if I can repair or replace the lip (or both of the lips). Are the lips separate or are they part of the bumper?

Cheers.

They're glued on. Hard. A real shag to get off.

PM CarlT. He was holding one for me once.

Just get them repaired if you can.

They are all 8-9 years old now, they will ALL have been bashed and repaired/damaged at some point. Especially when we drag the remnants of them on and off the trucks.

Ill have good ones, but they fetch good money. So defo try the repair route. They are dead easy to butcher anyway.

Ok, cheers. I've got quite a handy body repair guy, so I'll drop in and see him.

do you need to use special flexible filler on these ?

mine are ropey & I fancy having a go at them, couldn't really make them any worse !
