Woah, that's a nasty one! Glad you were able to walk away from it and the people in the other car are ok as well - get well soon
It is hard to understand how a cemetery can raise burial rates and blame it on the cost of living

That is very nasty - lucky you were on your own. You must have sustained a fair amount of lateral whiplash in that.

Oh no another Green one bites the dust  Glad you are ok though. It's a bit freaky really. Another chap in essex (Southend) wrote off his green Coupé a few years ago. I went to buy some bits off him and the damage to his car was near identical to yours He had spun off the road and hit a tree, not long after having a new engine fitted by Rog too. He was gutted so I know how you must be feeling too. Bob

OMG - I've seen fatal collisions sustaining less damage than that! Glad you're OK As Hammond once said "...I've taxed worse..."

After reading about Baz's alloys, was that back wheel the result or cause of the accident?

!!!! Glad to see you are still alive....
I have seen less damage on a car and more damage on the person inside.
I certainly wouldn't buy the back wheel from you...

It certainly looks as though the side impact protection of the Coupe is not that great. Although equally I guess it just shows how far car design has moved in the last 15 years the way cars like the Golf and Bravo survive the NCAP side impact and "pole" test with such minimal passenger cell intrusion.
