Hi,

Just joined as looking at buying a coupe smile has anyone tried to shorten the gearstick, as in the pics I've seen it looks very long/high?! I have read it interferes with flip out screens etc... just wondered if anyone had shortened it?

Cheers

paul

No problems, you'll just have to watch for the reverse lift if it is fitted frown

It will all depend on which model you buy I guess?

That post was ok, on the clicky, but then it changed to short shift questions, and never really finished off the whole question about if you shorten the gear lever, what do you do with the plastic lift reverse bit, can that be cut down to size aswell, coz i didnt like the idea of getting rid of that part.
