Can anyone advise me on the best way/company to post a rear bumper and an idea of cost?

I've used parcel2go, they were ok.

Just use Parcel Force.

Bumpers cost £15.00 to be sent anywhere in the UK, size isn't the issue when its inland.

If you organise it on the phone before 10am it'll be picked up the same day.
