Hi,

As I'm based in Sweden, heated seats would be lovely. I didn't think that they were available for the LE but then I heard of a car being hacked up with one of these. Could this be?

If so, is it possible to retrofit the seat heater controls/moving them from one car to another (maybe the heating elements are fitted to all seats like they are on some Alfas)?

This was discussed last week, certainly the bit about them being fitted to some models: click

It should be possible to salvage them and just swap over smile

Well, not interested in swapping the seats... Only the heater bits... I guess that a thread in the UK Fiat Coupe-forum is not really the place to start since heated seats were never an option.

Maybe someone did the swap though?

Well there is an excellent guide ( wink ) on how to take the seats apart. If you used that I'm sure it would be fairly simple to fit the heat pads and then just install the wiring for them smile

if anyone is interested these(nike tech) are the people who make the kits for which you find heated seats in some toyotas (rav4, mk3mr2)

maybe they would make some up to fit the coupe?

it probably says if they will on the site, but i dont even recognise the language let alone speak / understand it! (the site is probably not even relevant!)

That would be Swedish, then - perhaps we could refer to the original poster?

Well, you could try: http://www.warholmtrading.com/

Anyhow, I know Freddan72 has heated factory installed seat heaters in his Plus, I think that the switch is neatly integrated in the side panel of the seat... Haven't seen this on a LE though...
