Yes. Not a 2ltr tipo though. ;\) I think the 1.4 is the one people commonly use.

Or some of the marea tanks fit and are a bit bigger, but again has to be a particular model to be at that side.

£42?!

Crikey, I bought mine from a scrap yard for £5. Cleaned it in the dishwasher and it's as good as new. \:P

Do you know which model/year Tipo they came from? The ones that have a single pump?

Thanks

John

Yes please if you wouldn't mind. A future project for me is to add water injection. I need to order some other unrelated parts from the UK and can add the bottle to the list.

Thanks

John

Mine is off a dedra integrale.

twin pump is no badthing, I have mine wired up for intercooler water spray using the original washer pump.

Only thing is I have to run the pump at lower voltage or it offloads all the water in about 10 minutes \:D

sounds like a good idea there john
they advise a low level alarm aswell
you only have 3 minute on no water then the pump pops \:o

3 minutes on boost over a bar is a LONG time and highly unlikely. I'd invest in a DDS3 for safety.

Do the systems have a flow sensor on the outlet from the pump so they can shut off if no water is flowing. I think this would handle running out of water and blocked jets.

Oh, just had a look at the 2c system and it appears that the pump is running all the time and the management system just controls the injector cycles so my above idea wouldn't work.

2c system

John

John. The flow sensor is incorporated with the DDS3. You also get a float sensor with the 1s kit which when it detects the water is low, shuts off.

The flow sensor in the DDS kit does as you say and when it detects no flow my unichip reverts to a less aggressive ignition map.
