Where abouts is the best place to mount one? in the manifold collector or at one of the ports

I assume the collector above the turbo to give they average temp across all exhaust ports?

unless you'll be putting 4 probes, you better use the collector Paul

I've drilled on the 12+mm thick plate where the turbo is mounted. This way there is way that you'll get leaks, wrong weldings etc. Mind you some collectors are double skinned (making them impossible to drill.

Thought that would be the case - having that tubular manifold made and just need to know where to put the mount
