im sure this Q must have been done to death but i cant help thinking that something is missing from the back of a coop. Im thinking about getting a very small gt boot spoiler 4 mine. i only want a single fin and not too high, any suggestions?

To be honest, I wasn't that keen on the Zender spoiler

It's only since fitting it and it growing on me, that I 'sort of like' it.

Still not 100% though, but can't be bothered swapping the boot lids back over

I agree with Busa the ms design one is the only nice spoiler for the coupe it just finishes the back end off, thats why i have one.

Personally, I'd say the Coupe rear does not lend itself well to any extra add-ons. The Zender spoiler just looks plain ridiculous, (it sticks out rather than up - I mean, what's that about?)

Maybe the BMW style spoiler is okay, but it's so subtle, what's the point? The Coupe looks much better uncluttered and left alone, IMO.

well it's on it's way, shame i can't get it done for this weekend, would have put the other coupes to shame!!

It'll help with aerodynamics too, and make it faster. 0-60 down to 3.7 seconds with that particular spoiler, I've been told.

lol. that was a fun read, i like the spoiler, let us c a pic when its on i agree that a big wing looks stupid but a subtle one might look good. just ordered some grooved discs and mintex pads maybe spoiler next. cheers guys

I honestly think that from the front it looks ok but from the back it looks tacky.

Funny this thread is going because i've just had a week off and fitted a DIY 'cut down' BMW Rear boot lip.

Cost £29. Simply measure the bootlid, cut the BMW spoiler down, tidy up with sand paper. Prep and paint and stick on.

Its looks like the spoiler which some guy sells in Italy for about £70 previously on forum. Nice and subtle

Will post a thread with pic's at some point this week. But its simple and cheap to DIY.
