Hi there!

I just picked up my 20v Turbo on Sunday. Was never really into cars, but got a great private plate that needed a nice looking car to go on...my boyfriend (who is very into cars) took me to look at the Coupe and I was hooked! I am now in love with my gorgeous car and turning into quite the little girl racer! Never had a turbo before, and love the way it flies.

Already got plans for a bodykit, just deciding which one I like best, and am getting quite a few looks on the road. Are there not many lady owners?

Welcome to the forum \:\)

You've made a HUGE mistake revealing you're female.......I can hear the sound of a thousand keyboards being hammered by our resident lotharios as we speak! \:D

We have a few ladies on the forum so hopefully they will make themselves known to you shortly.

Oh, one word of advice, beware a chap called JimO, he's only after wearing your dresses! \:D

For bodykits you need to look at http://www.autods.com - they have some lovely skirts on there - DOH done it again \:D

Get a photobucket account then load the link through your profile on here.

Just watch because the size limit is very strict: 300x100 maximum. Anything outside that and one of those nasty mods will come along and shout at you \:\(

Image links don't work in the open forum, you'll have to post a direct link to show us a photo of yourself, sorry, of your car \:D

Obviously not, otherwise you would have mentioned Cazza and Bobbs and MrsF

and sweetlips, what ever happened to her

Ooops - I forgot Bobbs! Unfortunately did not know about cazza and MrsF.

And I did say "at least 5" as those are the only ones I know about.

We should make a list . . . .

yeah, but the way i figure it...a space is way less illegal than putting the screw in so it makes the letters look different.

thats my flimsy argument anyway.

It's a good argument, right up to the moment you get stopped for it. \:P

Welcome, and check your oil. Then check it again. Often.

Come down to Brooklands on the Mayday weekend and say Hi: http://www.fiatcoupeclub.org/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=548919#Post548919

I thought that an extra space in my plate wasn't too bad (no extra bolts or the like)

However, the bored rozzer was rather less impressed and hit me with a fixed penalty notice.

It messes up the ANPR cameras! If everyone thought they'd put illegal spaces in their regs how would the police be able to spot car tax or insurance dodgers??? It's also the implications of larger crimes - if you're being dodgy about your reg plate - what else are you being dodgy about? Changing spaces or letters in reg plates is often associated with bilking offences too - I'm sure Mr Rozzer was just doing his job ;\)

Sorry about the soap box - It's just a pet hate of mine \:mad\:

Anyway - what does your plate say? Is it Pitsy?? Patsy??
