Hi everyone, i know there is a fitting guide on here for skirts, but i just wanted to ask a question about the fitting of zender skirts

Where you put the fixings in the arch to the bodywork, do you need to drill into the body work??? And also is there fixings needed underneath the car. And most importantly what sort of screws do i need and where do most people get them from, self tapping??? What size is best???

Sorry if some of this seems like stupid questions, but i want to make sure they stay on and dont end up falling off into someone elses front windscreen

The zender "style" skirts i got from autods did not have the underneath fitting etc. i put a bead of tigerseal under there too and left it clamped up for a few hours.

i used small stainless steel self tapping screws just enough to go through the skirt and wing. i waited for the tigerseal to fully set though until i drilled and screwed etc. but i am sure this could be done anytime during fitting.

Get some Decent adhesive, i used tigerseal but i think if i was to do again the screen bond would be my 1st choice. some decent clamps, masking tape etc. and once stuck leave clamped/tapes as long as as you can to dry/cure.
