Both my sets are 7.5x17 with an ET25 and PCD 98. I run 225x45x17's but have trimmed my rear arches a little to stop any rubbing. I also run the bigger Alfa GT calipers and have no clearance issues up front.
You can get what ever ET you like within reason. Lowering the coupe will be a suck it and see. I'm on lowered Eibachs just now but i don't know how much lower you could go at the front as my car is very low. The rear of miine could come down a good bit but that's because my car is stripped.

similar to sparco, 7.5X17 ET25 PCD98, on LOW hormann springs all round, with 215X45/17 (not the recommended size btw) JUST rubbing at the back when fully loaded, on the front it's touching a bit on the one wheel arch on full lock, but that is due to lousy fitting of the inner arch (easy to fix, hence not fixed...)

Is there much real difference in runing a 7.5' to a 7' width alloy im guessing that a 7' one will have less chance of rubbing with a 215x45 tyre. Ben

Im running these and 2 wheels have cracked/fractured. Welformed has had one of his crack/fracture also, so that is something to consider although there are other users out there who have had no problems with theirs so far.
