If the manifold a branch for an external wastegate, I'd be tempted by the hks.

GT3076R but what A/R? External Wastegate 100% must 3" downpipe & exhaust AUX belt protector pulley Brass water pump ECU = OMEX 710 Decent fuel injectors C&B cams Roger has a brand new set for £400 Consider Aquamist Early 5 speed gearbox with strength plate and oil cooler
Where did you get uprated head bolts and crank bolts from?

i will remove the chargecooler , i have a spearco fmic suite for 550 Bhp . i havent decided yet about injectors i think maybe 550cc . the tubular manifold will be with ex wastegate probably tial 40 mm . the gt30 will be with ar 106 , i heard only good thing on the hks but the price is more then 2500 $ , engine management will be motec or haltech nothing else . i need to do a new downpipe so it will be 3" but my exhaust is 2.75" sould i leave it or do a new 3" ?
all the internal parts came from a shop in italy .
cheers, yoni

Which exhaust manifold are you going to use and which diameter tubing?
I think you'll need bigger injectors. I'm using 630cc ones at the moment. That was with only 325 bhp at the wheels but the tuner I used liked to run it very rich. There was plenty of capacity left in the injectors and they still gave a good tickover.

If you're going to use Motec, don't bother with the M48, although it can handle 5 cylinder engines, you need so much more kit, ignition expanders and the like, that you might as well go the M800 route. There is also a glitch with the algorithm in the M48 that occasionalyy manifests. Motec Australia have been sent an oscilloscope trace of it on my kappa, but still can't resolve it
Think you should also be considering an external wastegate at these power levels - and I didn't see uprated fuel pump in your list but you're going to need one of those as well
Running 903cc injectors on mine

M48 ecu is really limited with only 2 aux outputs so if you want idle valve, multicoils, boost control, tacho you've no chance. M800 is much better, conside pectel as well if you like.

I would have considered another A/R of your Charger. I think 0.82 would be more than enough for 500HP, if installing an external WG... With 106A/R you will gain poor response at low revs...
