...........Or so I thought
In march last year when I started my job, I was paying £220 a month in fuel.
Now with fuel hikes I have to pay £300 a month + the council have decided to make the car park we all park in for work £3 a day where before it had been free
Making it £360 a month in travelling expenses + servicing costs
I was already getting close to having to get something cheaper, something boring to replace the coop.
Then a miracle happened, it turned out one of the managers at work was lift sharing with a couple of other people to work and had a space in the car for me
He has offered to do all the driving for only £60 a month!
Therefore the coop will become a weekend car and can afford much more to be spent on it now....yippeee
So from £360 + 2000 miles a month....
To £60 and maybe 250 miles a month!
The coop will live on better than before sometimes stories do have happy endings
