Well for a while now I have been looking into replacing the coupe with something different! As many others have, I found it difficult to find a suitable replacement as I wanted something sporty, fun, fast and practical!

After selecting many a familyish car, Audi S3, Focus ST, Audi A6, MG ZT cdti, Jag X-Type (yes I know) and having the misses discount them on all sorts of girly reasons.

"It's an old mans car" "It looks like a Sh**ty Fiesta (In reference to the S3)
The misses decided that I should have a sporty 2 seater! (Woo Hoo I say)

The one we have both taken a liking to is the Z3 3.0.

I thought I would do a search for insurance, on a standard search the coupe is over £100 more than the Z3!!!!

I was shocked! The Z3 is faster, rear wheel drive etc etc!

Z3 probably not crashed as often as coupes...especially the 3.0...driven by sensible drivers (women, older men, the cars live tucked up in a nice warm garage at night etc)

What about a 350z?
this is what i replaced the Coupe with,
mind you not very practical though ,as the Z3 only 2 seats.
I know exactly what you mean about the insurance, the 350z is worth 10 times what the Coupe was ,but still cheaper to insure .
