I'm sorry mate, but why do you remove these badges but leave the pininfarina badges on the rear quarters and dashboard?

Well keeping the other badges also means they say pininfarina, not 20v turbo, pininfarina is the styling not the engine spec, so i dont see what the problem is with doing it.

I agree.

And the badges themselves are corny/ cheap looking.

I was in half a mind to do the same thing when I had mine re-sprayed. But some how felt it might look too plain without. Looking at that job though, I wish I'd done it.

Ah well.

Oh, and take no notice of the purists on here. Some of the chaps on here would have your head off for even suggesting to change the standard tyres to another brand... wink

Incidentally, have you any plans to remove the other badges?

smile

this isn't for me. I like the fact that when i pass someone they know what engine i've got.
Either way they look nice with the yellow just not for me with my ink black.

Thinking about it i like the way they have come up, perhaps a re-furb of mine would do the trick. remove the badge, paint and re-fit the badge hmmmm...

looks good with / without IMHO.

Mine were accidentally removed about 6 years ago when using a chamois to dry the car ! caught one of the legs, so bent it, tried to straighten it, got angry, then the lot came off & in the bin cool

I like what you've done with the pillars, what did you plug the holes with? Fibreglass or braised? thumb
