At what point do i need to upgrade to a Gtec 2 chip?
My current engine mods are; FMIC, SIP, Apexi filter, Bailey dv26 DV, De-cat + S/S exhaust but still on standard turbo.
Had the car on the rollers and the fueling is fine so do i need to upgrade yet?

I did and with the exception of SIP and decat we've more or less got the same spec.

purely an amateur opinion but if the fuelling is fine and the boost is ok i would stick with what you've got

Gtech2 has a bit more ignition advance!

And needs to be run on Super Unleaded if you're not already doing so.

The only fuel i put in my car is Vpower. (Vpower club points )
