redjon OP Making a profit R Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 380 Stalybridge, Manchester	hi my coops insurance is up for renewal and im always stuck on 1 question they ask which is >> is alarm thatcham cat1 ? now i dont know what make the standard alarm/immobiliser is so i have no idea what category it is either can someone shed some light on this plz $\:\)$

stan Dr. Frankenstan Forum Demigod Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 32,122 Cumbria	As Matt says, the two systems employed on the coupé, depending on year of manufacture, are not Thatcham 1. The two makes of alarm are Scorpion or Meta. The immobiliser is a Bosch system (to the best of my knowledge).
