i know its a major long shot but as the 20vt uses a t28 and so do skylines would this work on it and would it help?

Doubt it. The bend would need to be much sharper than that.

Well you can see how much room is between the turbo, a/c and the radiator fans. It needs to be a sharp bend off the turbo coming straight down sweeping behind the turbo.

i don't have a/c does this make a diffrence

ok so no way. the thing is i quite fancy a screamer pipe!
so either i need to mod the standard turbo elbow or fit a turbo with a external wastegate(prefered option) as i had one on my skyline and they sounds nuts :-)

Screamer pipes are possible. You'll just have to get a bespoke DP.
