Hey Guys,

Im going to buy some new high quality deep pile mats. Question is . . . what color. 9 times out of 10 in my opinion colour mats look slightly tacky, but in some cases it can look nice.

Does anyone have a red coupe interior with red mats? Ide quite like to see some photos with the red dash and the red mats so i can make my mind up. I will probably end up sticking with black tho...

only problem is their website is down and i cant find anyone else who will do the Pininfarina style mats. (good quality that is)

go for the red mats mario , i think it will look good and brighten up the cockpit abit

Yes definatly. But only use them in summer or they'll get ruined.

i agree with truffle , so keep your old mats for the winter and use the red one's for the summer and i'm in no rush for the sig mario so photoshop your mats first m8

Its going to be personal taste I think - when I bought mine it had full red mats in it and they were the first thing to go - it was red overload!

Bit too much for me, maybe black with red piping would be less of an attack on the retinas?

One of my old 205GTi's had red carpet, I think its a bit of a dated, maybe 80's look. I'd stick with a simple black or grey and maybe hae the emblem or piping done in red but again, we're getting into the tacky cheap looking mats

Incidentely, the 205's interior was a biatch to keep clean !

The mats are about 3 months old there, i still have them in the car now, i'll take a pic of them tomorrow so you can see what they are like now... not too bad to be honest!
