Hi all, I've bought one of these. But (there always is one)... It does'nt fit worth a fcuk. Any suggestions?. Does it require a different water rail? or does the rail need cutting and welding to clear. Any help most welcome.
Cheers Tim

Sorry no pictures... But the manifold is hitting the water rail on number three cylinder. Somebody previously has bashed the header in to help clearance... Still not enough though... I have very slightly ground the waterrail to help, but the manifold is still pressed up hard against it. Countrycruising suggested two manifold gaskets??. Anybody fitted one of these before?
Cheers Tim

Well it does look very prototype like?... I was told by Matty when I bought it that it was a torque italia unit... Although I'm begining to wonder....

Was thinking of removing the water rail (again) and having it modified or shall I try two manifold gaskets?

It was fitted on Matty's coupe so it must be able to fit. Have you got ac, or at least an ac water rail?

No the car is now Non A/C, Having talked to Matty it seems that you can make it fit although it'd be better if the water rail was modified to clear. This is what I'm going to do this week hopefully
