Thro` the group buy I`ve now fitted Xenons to my dipped and full beams....mighty impressive lights now.
but my sidelights and fog light look aweful.... really yellow
what are the recommendations for LED sidelight bulbs ie how many led`s per bulb 6, 8 ?
also can you get them to fit the fog lights (but still give enough light to work) or something else that will give white light.ta much

Dude ..look here

http://www.fiatcoupeclub.org/forum/showflat.php?...&PHPSESSID=

The more LEDS in the light cluster the brighter it obviously is..

Fog light.. not really, as LEDS are not bright enough!!

hi Paul,

does this mean that you bought two complete H1 kits ?

I am planning to buy a set of HIDs as well but can't decide
whether to do only the dipped/low beam or the full/high
beam together.

cheers.

Paul, I bought a set of the LED bulbs from halfrauds that are nice and white without being bluey. They have 4 LED's per bulb, not sure what they were called, but Matty pointed them out to me so i'm sure he would know.

As for HIDs in the full beam, I dont really feel the need to use full beam with my HID's in the dipped headlights.

Yup I've got the same as Matt's, but I can't remember who they are made by.

As for HID's for main beam, I thought about this but I hardly use main beam now as the dipped is so good, however I can see why you did them Paul as when your main beam is on it does look dull. And I've got 100w bulbs in too, but the HID's are still miles better.

Another thing I thought of, if you flash someone during the day they will just flicker as they are cold...

yea I bought 2 sets ,but they are awesome on full beam

thanks for the links Nazo, I`ll get some LED`s for the sidelights.....and search for something `whiter`for the fog lights.
I know what you guys mean about not using full beam.it`s cr*p with the xenons on the dipped beam and also you get a really distinct (weird) pure white xenon light mixed with the `orrible old yellow lights.......so thought I had to try the whole set ,as regards to them having to heat up,other cars still appear to know when i`ve flashed them ,so not had a problem with that yet

Paul, i found the packaging mine came in today (as i was trying to find one of my original bulbs as one of the LED ones' had failed ), and they are made by Prism.

Of course, that little story might put you off wanting to buy those particular ones.

Probably due to the condensation in the light cluster.
Was sitting outside my house hairdrying my car earlier to get rid of it. Bet that looked normal.

The strange thing is I was doing the same today.

I was replacing the mesh in my bumper due to it rusting like crazy after less than a year and noticed a pool of water in my passenger lense. The holder for the fog light bulb was very loose, so I assume that was the problem.

No pics I'm afraid, but I just fitted them to the bottom of the light units.
