Thickness wise I don't think your going to get the standard caliper to fit over a vented disc (it would have to be pretty narrow). Just for reference - a standard rear caliper does NOT fit over a standard front caliper

The problem with those maserati discs is that the height is much more than the OE rear disc, which I think will make it hit the heat shield etc
