That's the problem, no-one knows for sure and DVLA won't tell us

think of a number, multiply it by 7, divide by the length of a piece of string, then multiply by 3.14.

minus the six on here we have heard about recently and you should have an acurate answer

I emailed DVLA a while ago and they told me to contact Experian which I did. Today I got an email back with the official figures on the road up to the end 2008!

Thats because 16VT's are a rare speciality

indeed, so surely they should be commanding more or same price as a good 20vt ??? which are as common as a focus

Anyone know why experian hold this data? I thought they held credit ratings?

I thought there would be less than that. In all models, not just LE's. Where are they all hiding? I never see them about anymore.

Sale of anonymised vehicle data extracted from the DVLA vehicle register is now available through some commercial selling agents. The data does not include the name and address of vehicle keepers, vehicle registration number, vehicle identification or engine number. This information has been omitted to protect and ensure the anonymity of individual vehicle keepers. The data does include partial postcode information that will for example, enable the distribution of vehicles across Great Britain to be deduced by make, model and body type.

Data from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, which have their own vehicle registers, is not included in the scheme.

275 red S1 Rallye's left in the UK - no wonder I don't see any!

I suspect the issue with the LE's and pluses is that the database is only correct if the information was entered on the V5 correctly by the dealer, which wasn't always the case.
Just stuck a few plates from the LE register through the DVLA database and only half came back as an LE.
Therefore the 3000 odd 20vT's listed will also include a number of LE's and pluses.

I thought this also, just checked my V5 and no mention of LE that I can see, I know this has been discussed before on here as well. So maybe there are a handful more lurking about.

There are far more around than I thought.

Going back to my salesman days perhaps an explanation as to why they are registered as ordinary 20v T's with the DVLA could be down to whatever the admin person put on the paperwork on the day. For example, I regularly saw Polo Match special editions' registered as Polo SE's on the paperwork that went to Swansea. I can imagine that the Fiat dealerships had some lackadaisical backroom staff or even sales guys putting whatever the most common model down on the paperwork in a last minute rush as they really couldn't care less what was put on the form - it was just more paperwork.

Thats quite a few left.

Where are they all though? I rarely see others around on my travels.

Unless I visit Solo Italia that is.

5,768 I don't think that many at all considering the production run. there are a lot of cars on the road. 5768 as a proportion of the total cars on the road is nothing

But where are all the 16NAs? They're not on here!
