Stoke-on-Trent duck!
I've used bp ultimate in my coupe for the first time having heard bad things about it/doesnt really make a difference, must say, im really impressed by it. I have used super unleaded multiple times with very little difference apart from the price but this stuff really seems to make a difference for some reason and my economy has improved quite noticeably too, anyone else experienced this?

Not a fan of BP Ultimate myself, my cars always seem to run better on V-Power!

Mine too.

I did try Tesco 99RON as well, thinking it would be an improvement, but I really do not rate it.

Another V-Power fan here, BP sold me a tank of water and dirt instead of petrol. Stay clear at all costs!!!!

Same as, the only time I saw smoke out the back of my Plus under my ownership was when I'd put Ultimate in. The first and last time, V Power all the way.

i've tried variously bp, v-power and tesco super. i'd say tesco and bp perform about the same, but v-power seems to make it drive smoother. no noticeable difference in pure performance terms, but provides (imo) a much smoother driving experience

This is like it is everytime its mentioned Lol. Someone says which is better and most people say vpower I agree. Then someone says nah theres nothing in it its in your head. But I have to say run your car on esso or texeco stuff. Then fill up vpower and run it for a few miles then tell me its the same !!!!

Rob at PT used to advise against BP Ultimate, preferring all other higher octane fuels over this.
