my stripped out track coupe is coming along nicely now, and the KW clubsport race kit will be here in two weeks. however I need to know what is the best ARB kit to get? the brand I'm going for is whiteline, but what thickness of bar is best? 30mm? also what is the best suspension setup I can go for? bump rebound settings, camber, toe-in/out etc

this will be the only Fiat Coupe prepaired for track use only in Ireland, so we are on a learning curve here!!
