Im changing my injecters tomorow morning and going to change the fpr.

How much extra fuel roughly does a 3.8 bar one gives

eg +5afr,10afr etc over the rev range

Ben

are you having it re-mapped straight away?

If not, I wouldn't fit injectors OR an uprated FPR

The car will run very rich, as the ECU will set injector pulse width for what it *thinks* is required to achieve a certain air/fuel ratio

The 3.8bar FPR will cause overfuelling to the tune of about 25%. Add this to the effect of bigger injectors and you'll be washing your bores - not good

The ECU only has the ability to self-learn to +/- 25% of a freshly-reset state, so its never going to accomodate big injectors AND an uprated FPR

The injecters for the moment are standard cleaned ones.

I have a wideband, so i'll check how the fuelling is with a standard 3.0 bar one and a 3.8bar one.

Ben, you are right on the limit of the standard injectors as you know, running rich in the midrange and lean at the top. The ecu will adapt to the increase in fuel pressure, it needs to be mapped correctly. Give me 3-4 hours with your car and it will be fixed permanently wink

That wouldn't affect the mapping as it is a mechanical issue.
