Well if no one on here sells for a song, prices for good cars should hold up with demand

It looks remarkably like my one, except mine has done a lot less miles and is an R plate.

Precisely! Piston - HEADS.... Words from anyone who worships a Corrado as a thing of beauty really needs to go to Specsavers! The Coupe is a masterpiece!

Reading the thread, I think the Coupe's had a pretty decent reception, on balance. Couple of twats about, but aren't there always!

Nigel, you just served Malformed, as the Americans say. "sadly, yes, just like those. The Coupe was always (unfairly) classed as a hairdresser's car - a metallic mauve one with gold highlights in the slashes didn't do anything to help the argument that its actually quite a 'blokey' car"
He he
Coopless!

Nigel, you just served Malformed, as the Americans say. He hasn't risen to the bait though (yet)

I really like PH- i've been on there a number of years, but it's getting to the point where I can't be bothered with posting anymore. I'm half conscidering taking the PH sticker off my car- as I do get embarrased by the idiots that are seemingly increasing in numbers- unfortunatly it's the clueless idiots that give PH all the bad press... Having said that, I go to most of the local meets (where most of the clueless idiots steer clear of) & I've enjoyed those the most over any other specific car meets. The people that actually attend are really nice & a great laugh- it's just a shame most people only read the General Gassing forum & get put off.

to be honest the comment about the £1000 cambelt was sort of true as i have a bill from an old cambelt change from fiat for £1600 which included a service, lol.
I am booked in next wednesday for a new cambelt and clutch with roger. £800 not bad.

Don't get me wrong - the shed of the week idea does throw up some excellent choices for interesting classics for shed money. Generally i do like Pistonheads articles and classifieds are excellent. Chewy you are right, there are some thick heads who just ruin the whole thing with rediculous ill-informed opinions and "german" blinkered notions for italian (and other) motors. The coupe SOTW is holding the flag High for the Coupe Mark!!
