I've also had problems finding the right code for the LE "titanium" colour, so i got fed up and made it myself.
I´m a professional painter (airbrush artist;
www.ppdart.com ) and I think I managed to tint the colour pretty close - or about 99% correct. =)
First of all the wheel colour is different than the other greys. It has coarse metal and is a bit darker.
Interior, lights, fuel cap and mirror paint:
I first used Standox "electronic colour reader" to see if I could find any existing colour with it. I got 93% match to a GM colour "Warm Grey -met", and that was the closest. =/ I then started to tint it and always sprayed a sample of the colour with clearcoating. I made 12 samples all together to get the colour as close as I could! It´s not still 100% correct, but needs a very experienced professional eye to spot the difference! =D
I used Standox Standohyd waterbased professional automotive colours, so you can´t get this paint in a touch up can...
Here´s the mixing "code" I came up with:
% amount | MIX number | colour name52,5 | 395 |Silver, extra fine
15,0 | 313 |Moon silver
27,0 | 372 |Special black
2,5 | 376 |Brilliant red
2,5 | 358 |Velvet blue
0,5 | 370 |White
Hope this helps even a little! =)
Cheers,
