Maserati 3200 GT
Last edited by Lucifer; 21/04/2009 11:24. Reason: surely can't be classed as a supercar? therefore it counts :p

How about a Lancia Montecarlo, however they all disolved into rusty heaps so few left now.

Oh, and them too! This could end up being a long list! The Stratos is gorgeous of course, but normal folks couldn't afford one! There are superb affordable kits out there though, and most of them Alfa V6 powered, fabulous looking things. Gareth

i think the 3200 gt is a slightly better looking car but if you get the grand sport options on the 4200gt it looks stunning and the 4200 drives much better.

i think the 3200 gt is a slightly better looking car ..which is the whole point of the thread, not which one drives the best

Having got rid of my coupe and thought "I'll get something else to do up" I have now conceded that for me it has to be yet another Fiat Coupe!! I looked at all sorts of things but the coupe still wins it for me, even after vowing i wouldn't have another one!!

Jap cars handle/drive better but for the money there is nothing that looks as good let alone as an overall package that can compete. Always think that Scoobys, Imprezas, even sylines look too max powery now and too try hard. Lancia Delta Integrale £5k plus for a good un and does also have that uniqueness and rarity about it just in a muscular rather than pretty way. Alfa GTV Cup again £5k (ok maybe £4k) motor and does imho look on a par. 200sx is a good all round car if modified subtley, but still ugly compared to the coup... f k it I'm starting another thread on sub £5k cars....

Vote for the later Citroen DS. I had one as my wedding car!
1. Think of something witty and urbane 2. Imagine it written here

And my favourite non Italian car and the only car I'd replace my coop with is this , these things just make me stare whenever I see one, a real marmite car, but I love them, I'll own one again soon. G
