Completely by accident! My bonnet cable snapped and because I've got hands like shovels, I had no choice but to cut the grill. Ok becuase I have a spare but whilst I was in the garage, I noticed an old Focus mk 1 honeycombe grill I'd bought by mistake on the bay. I offered the two up and couldn't believe it, they were almost identical in dimensions and angle with the focus iten just fractionally smaller. I offered it up and cut it and this was the result. I think this looks pretty good! Total cost... nothing!

I shalln't keep it on there forever but it'll do for the mo! I quite like the fact that it doesn't look Barry. You'd double take if you know coupes but not give it a second look if you were a non Fcc kinda chap.
