After almost 2 weeks with no power and electricity the 16v has just had a new alternator and fresh oil!
And after a cough and a splutter... and alittle bit of smoke
She sprung into life!
All that worry for nothing
She sat purring and sounds alot, lot better!
Guy who fixed it said dont get rid of the car as it is a great example and the engine is far better than what we thought! Just needs a good service, tinker with and will be like new
Also Dad has just driven her and had a massive smile on his face
Maybe she'll be staying and maybe i've found Dad's 50th Birthday Present! Hmmm...
