It looks like and add, it smells like an add so why is it in buying / selling advice?
Would you like me to move it to haggling / offers?

Given the state of the coop market, lack of history and need for work, keys etc, I'd say £1200 max ... plenty of decent sounding cars around for around that right now If you are trying to sell it Bob is right, should be moved

Perhaps the reason why people are expecting to get coupes for very cheap is that there are people telling them that their coupe is only worth x amount "max" just from the basic details they're given?

Perception will lead different people to conclude that an identical offer/price is high, fair or "very cheap". You can't really be objective about a car's value - at the end of the day it is only worth what someone will pay for it, if it is worth more to you than the offer you don't sell.
This section is about giving people an honest opinion, rather than being an expectations augmented experiment - as interesting as it might be.
Of course certain assumptions are going to be made. If there is something about the car that is believed to add/reduce value, then the enquirer should flag that up.
