Hi fella's,

Somebody has given me this exhaust to see if it fits on the 16VT. But as far as i can see, it doesnt just slip on. The end box is attached to the middle-box and it doesnt seem possible to slip the end box off.

Yet i cant really get under the car, and it's hard to see for me.

Does anyone know?

By the look of it you'd have to chop the standard one off (in the right place), theres a collar on that backbox you put a clamp on.

Hmm alright. Wanna know if i can pass the MOT tho with this exhaust.

If its fitted correctly I see no reason why not.

I dont know, i was wondering about the Sound level.

also, my catalyst has been sent to heaven, a loud screaping noise is coming out of it when i rev between 2.000 and 3.000 rpm. How high will the sound level be without the cat, placing a cat replacement pipe? (supersprint or blueflame). Will this reach 'chav' sound level? I like a sporty sound, but dont want the neighbour awakening sound! I will keep the middle box and end-box then.

My rear muffler is much bigger than that pipe wise and I have no cat and it is fine, not too loud and sounds great.

You just have to remove the rear muffler and put that in it place
