Maastif here on the forum popped over last night to pick up a pair of LE skirts from my house. Both our Coupes were parked outside and we were chatting away on the driveway when my neighbour who was driving by pulled up and said

“You guys forming a club or something?”

When I replied ‘Yeah, you wanna join?” he said...

“Yeah right, like I have 25 grand to spare”

Awesome eh!

Tell him I'll sell him a coupe for £15k if interested

We did both laugh and say we'd sell our Coupes to him for 25k, heck even 15k. Unfortunately he was out of earshot

I reckon it takes at least ten Coupes to form a Coupe club - the £25 grand was to buy all ten

Still - if that's what he thinks, I'd be tempted to leave him to his blissful ignorance. I reckon we should have a full-blown Coupe meeting at your house - imagine his face if twenty turned up

I think he was referring 25 grand for repair cost.

Said it before......no better bargain for looks/heritage/performance and noise than a Coupe at the moment in the car market.

Fully agree.

PS: Of course, when new some of these were 25K cars. And haven't they aged well?

Coupe's don't age because Time stands still for them.

Agree totally with the above posts.

..everything stands still for a coupe........especially when you're in 3rd gear
