I wonder what coupe owners didn't like about it? It puts a smile on my face every time

Oh shut up you! I'm still in the market for one in the New Year, although it's a toss up between that and a 16VT for conversion. Although I do know of a gorgeous 164 3.0 24 coming up for grabs in December, so many cars, so little time/money! Gareth

Oh, I am! At one point I had an Uno Turbo, Delta HF Turbo, X1-9, Triumph Spitfire and a 75 V6 all on the go. I was always working on at least two of them!
Oh, and a race prepared 127 GT, obviously this wasn't a road car though!
I take it you're happy with the Alfa, I know you'd been looking hard for one, any pics at all?
Gareth

Why isn't Top Gear more like that now? . Don't get me wrong I like watching it now but feel its aimed too much at the 'mass' market.

I have owned all 3 of the top 3 on there. I do think the GTV is the best, but then I am biased.

Gareth Only just read this Gareth! (only a month late! ) Reading that list of cars, a GTV and a Coupe seems like a good combination! Enjoying my gtv at the moment, not the exact one i wanted, as i've never been a massive fan of silver cars. However it's growing on me and i think sometimes you can't afford to be picky. Black leather as well, i wanted the red madam whiplash-esque leather! Other than that i like it, i'll be honest though i do miss the 20vt surge when the turbo comes on boost. Maybe i'll get another one eventually........... Ben
