Im thinking of getting a 2 or 3 gauge pillar mount but unsure of the work involved. Does anyone know if it is easy to remove the pillar or is it a nightmare and not worth the hastle?

If you are wanting to save some cash and go down the DIY route lots of people have done custom jobs. The Pillar unscrews at the top and pulls out from where it meets the dash.

oh thats ok, just i was looking at it and i was thinking maybe the dash has to come out aswell but if it dont that is a relief
