So what stopped you running more boost given you are a 2bar afficianado most of the time?! I also assume this means you have managed to curtail your boost creep somewhat too, as it tails off to 1.3bar on the graph whereas before you said it was creeping to 1.7bar by the redline.
The temps certainly don't do turbo cars any favours, Westcoupe ran his 418bhp at 32 degrees ambient the other day! Where are you measuring the inlet temps, surely not after the intercooler as they should be much closer to ambient if it is efficient? Obviously the closer you get to the inlet manifold the more temps will increase. Interesting that you are making slightly less wheel power than on your old setup but more flywheel power. What makes you think the dyno is conservative?
