is anyone staying over the saturday night, or not? i appear to be kiddy free that weekend so COULD make both days, but only if there's a serious booze up in the evening.....

I'm not stopping over and no one has mentioned that they are, so not sure?

iam guna need to find some acomidation up there as iam going both days and maybe would be an idea if the weather is good to find somwhere local and have a bbq or somthing on the saturday night ??

There is free camping on site for vehicle exhibitors, if that's any help?

You are allowed to set up camp from 12 noon Friday until 7pm Sunday

You need a pass/tickets to get in.

We all meet up at about 8am at Lymm services, so I can give out the tickets

So just turn up at Lymm around 8am, look for other Coupes, park near them, wander around aimlessly until a bunch of Coupsters that are scoffing their faces with a McDonalds breakfast shout oi and you'll be sorted

The ticket covers one passenger too, so no worries on that one

Yes, the ticket usually covers both days, although I'll let you know on that one.

The organisers are having a bit of Health and Safety issue, so there may be a shortage of tickets, as they may not be able to squeeze as many people in as they usually do.

I'll update everyone when I get the tickets and I'll see how many tickets I get.

Right, I have a bit of a problem with these tickets

As previously mentioned, the organisers have been having Health and Safety issues with how many cars, etc turn up on the weekend.

I was told there may be a shortage of tickets, but they said wait and see what they could do.

Anyway, got home an hour ago and just been sorting through my post and tickets have arrived.

Unfortunately though, there are only 10 tickets for Saturday and 10 for Sunday.

They can only fit 10 Coupes in on each day

So, is there anyone who thinks they can't make it on any of the days or wants to pull out?

I don't mind giving up my ticket on one of the days to allow someone else a chance.

I currently have 12 Coupes on the Saturday and 14 on the Sunday.

Although if sumplug can't make it on the Saturday and only the Sunday, that means there are 11 Coupes on the Saturday and 15 for the Sunday.

I need to narrow this down to 10 on each day, so please let me know if you're not going to make it or want to pull out.

Your Dads ticket will cover you as a passenger anyway, so still won't cost you anything

I'm in an awkward position really, as I'd like to give newcomers a chance, but not everyone turns up at some events or lets anyone know they aren't going to turn up, so I don't want regular 'faithful' attendees missing out on tickets either

Quick update T; I have an opportunity to attend this with a local Classic Car Club so if someone wants to swap from Sunday to Saturday, give them my Saturday place and if I can deffo make it I'll come up with the local Club. That way your issue with newbies missing out is covered and I can still be there too.
