Anyone give me any idea on what dump valve sounds best on the 20v coop. I have a bailey dv26 twin piston on there at the mo but im thinking of a change

all dump valves sound nearly the same if you want that perfect sound i would invest in a BOV like HKS or BLITZ

The Forge DV006 recirculating dump valve comes recommended by a lot of owners. If buying one, go with the green coloured spring as opposed to the other colours so the dumping of air isn't as harsh.

I've ordered one as part of the current group buy so will know first hand once fitted

You can still hear it I'm told with a cone air filter, but if you want out and out loudness I think there is an HKS one that's quite powerful?

do you need it for a 16VT?

The 20VT requires a re-circulating DV because it has an sensor/meter that requires the air to be re-circulated. If not it will not operate correct.

If you need it for the 16VT you can also consider an athmospheric one. The 16VT doesnt ha sthe re-circ sensor.I have a Forge GT single piston one:

just to jump in here guys has anyone got a vid of there hks bov working? just im wanting a loud wooooosh? any reccomendations?

HKS SSQV rocks, no pigeon cooing and it whistles! Slow lift off after boost in 5th and it lets out a long whistle. Giant bit of kit, only just fits down there.

I shall never faulter on my liking of the Greddy type S.
