Coventry City Football Club has generously awarded Richard Shaw a well deserved testimonial in recognition of his loyal service and commitment to the Club in the last 10 years to be held on Tuesday April 11th against a Celtic Team led by Roy Keane and featuring Dion Dublin, John Hartson, Paul Telfer. Richard was signed from Crystal Palace in November 1995 for £1 million and has since made over 300 appearances for the city which takes him into the top 10 appearances in the history of Coventry City Football Club.

The game is anticipating to attract in excess of 25,000 fans, with a possibility that it will be the first sell out of the Ricoh Arena.. The ticket sales are currently 18000+ which is historically very high at this stage considering there is still 9 days to go before the game and a large number of fans will hope to buy their tickets in the last week.

Richard Shaw only has this one opportunity and we are looking for local companies to support him. Part of the proceeds that are raised for Richard will be donated to the Snowball charity for children.

We have been tasked with helping to promote the final 180 corporate tickets left which include a 3 course meal and a free copy of the 72 page souvenir programme covering when Celtic came to Coventry. These tickets are in the legends suite, the e-on lounge, the presidents suite and the Yorkshire bank lounge and will give you an excellent opportunity to reward or say thank you to staff or a thank you to important clients, a chance to do some networking with business people you may not normally get to meet.
