im looking for more power but im going to buy a 60 trim compresor wheel for the 16vT standard turbo.
will it fit?and can i put a bigger turbine in the standard turbo?

Mate the T3 is like Lego. You can swap parts at will.

A Stage 2 turbine and a 60 trim compressor would be a nice little upgrade

Hi, yes you can. There are a re few people here (me included) who have larger comps on standard turbines. The standard turbine seems quite capable of handling over 300bhp.

BTW. If you can find one, I'd recommend a T04 comp. It's capable of much more power (300+) and it works really well on a Coop. If you're anyhing like me you'll soon be hungry for more powaaah!

im rebuilding a spare engine i have very slowly and then il
l get a bigger turbo with forged internals , but for the moment and for fun around 280/300hp is perfect.

fit a 64 trim with a bored compressor housing like me

is it posible to change the bearing for a 360º one? would it be a direct swap?
