From the registration year and the alloys that are on it, it's a 20v VIS - practically identical to mine.
With 92k on the clock and very little service history I'd say you could haggle a bit on price - especially as it's being sold by a secondhand dealership.
I've had cars from them in the past and not had any problems, they normally give you a 3 or 6 month warranty.
If you want someone to take a look at it then let me know as it's just down road from me.
