Close friend of mine is Trafpol in the Met. He took a trip to Cornwall about 3 weeks ago by bike, accompanied by his wife on her own bike (she's also a Police advanced driver and rider but not traffic).

Anyway, as matey tells the story, on the way back, on a Monday morning, he had to yield to you as you entered a roundabout to avoid being taken out by you, then as he watched you disappear into the distance, you overtook along line of cars on a left hand bend. On the brow of a hill.

If he'd been on duty you'd have been staring down the barrel of a DWDCA at least, maybe more.

So, you got away with it this time. But for everyone's sake, stop driving like a tit, eh?

I have been to Exeter, but was in March and a black Focus, but I still looked too!!

I have a red coop and live near Exeter....... but luckily it would have been tucked away in the garage on a monday morning...... not gulity (PHEW)
