hello, the wiper arms on my coop are starting to get rusty around where the hinge part is. is there any way of splitting them to paint the two bits, or can it be done as one. i am worried that if i spray it as one the paint will flake of at the hinge when it gets moved. G

To be honest I think I would just get new wipers matey.

Probally the best solution, but i may aswell have a go first, and if i do mess them up, then i will buy some new ones , but i think it woukld be worth a go at painting them.G

make sure you lightly scuff the metal (To reduce the chances of the paint lifting with water + usage etc) first then a couple of layers of paint should do it

The wiper arms aren't cheap at about £38 each if I remember correctly. I had one break on me so I have a brand new one to replace it.
