I didnt think it was possible to make a Merc look worse than what it allready is/was.

That is laughably ugly. I think if he had thrown the radiator grill away and brought the front down it would have done wonders. Or, if he had driven it to a pond and then pushed it in that would have been even better. Or, he could have driven it in .. to make sure this sort of thing never happens again ...

A couple of lunchtimes with the packaging foam and bingo.

The back looks stunning - the front - err oops.

We use that 2 pack foam at our work, it comes out of a gun as liquid, gets very hot and then sets within 5 mins.

It's given me a good idea ?

I've seen people use that type of foam to stiffen chassis on race car projects, they squirt it into the sills and other hollow chassis areas, not sure if it works but I guess it will stop water and corrosion starting in the sills ?

That car must be brilliant in a crash, it's a giant foam bumper.

Well you gotta hand it to him..that guy is bloody good with the foam. I would have panicked as soon as i start pouring it in the interior.

I wonder how far the speedo is out with those wheels? lol
