Buy a strong bonding sealant, such as Tigerseal.

Clean your bumper with a panel degreaser

Bond the valance onto your bumper, pushing into place at the same time.

Get some masking tape and maybe some large clamps to hold it all on while in bonds.

I think there's a screw that goes in either end, but can't remember and it's too wet and dark to go and look outside now

Don't you have to make a cut out for the exhaust tailpipe?

Not with the Zender, no.

It's designed and made to fit around the standard exhaust.
