The nights you will need to book in the Belgian hotel are Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th June.

I expect to be able to confirm the details of the circuit part of the weekend in the next few days when I have signed the contract.

Main rules for unlimited session track entrants:

Drivers and passengers must wear helmets, seat belts are compulsory.

No children under 15 are allowed as passengers.

The noise limit will be enforced on the Spa circuit and is 90db.

Just a thought on the Winchester hotel - parking may be a bit tight. It will be on street too. My dad's house is a 1 minute walk away so people are very welcome to park outside his house. Might possibly be worth doing a quick search to see if there is anything else but its always going to be a struggle with parking in London

a noise limit this year? Hmm i have no idea what db my coop makes. Might have to get that checked. I bet those ferrari track cars from last year, that ade more noise than speed, will have a harder time than my coop tho.

We have now signed the contract and paid a significant deposit for admission of 30 coupes and the hire of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit for 2 half hour sessions, Saturday 5:00 -5:30 pm and Sunday 9:30 - 10:00 am.

We can now start taking formal bookings and deposits.

The price will be £100 / 100 euros with a £35 / 35 euros deposit paid as soon as possible.

On the 2009 advance circuit admission price of 55 euros, this means that it will cost around 45 euros for 1 hour track time over the 2 days.
The 2009 price for an hour of unrestricted time was over 100 euros.


As mentioned we are restricted to 30 coupes in total, so it is a matter of first come, first served.
We will only be accepting bookings from users of this forum until November 25th, after which it will be publicised elsewhere.

As we have to pay the SpaItalia organisers in euros, I have made the initial calculations for those wishing to pay in sterling on the basis of £1 = 1 euro, if this proves unduly pessimistic the final sterling balance to be paid will be adjusted.
