16" alloys direct fit - anyone know of any? #942793

Hi can anyone send me links or point me in the right direction of any new 16" alloys which are a direct fit for a 20V none turbo.

I want to replace the standard 15" but have a brand new set of 16" Bridgestone sat in the garage (hence the 16" alloys need).

Having problems finding many which will fit so if any of you trusty styling experts can point me in the direction of any...

Please!

a set of 20vt wheels are a direct fit and 16" or any 4x100 pdc with wobblie bolts will fit and should be a good price as only 16" without rubber . here you go but with rubber - http://www.fiatcoupeclub.org/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=942791&gonew=1#UNREAD or http://www.fiatcoupeclub.org/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=936814&gonew=1#UNREAD

Thanks Nismo but I dont want "coupe" wheels, although I want my coupe as original as poss, I have never liked any of the coupe wheels so am looking for after market ones.

I have also heard varying reports on wobblie bolts so ideally want 4x98 - hence the help needed from fellow coupe members :-)

i have had wobblie bolts on for the last 2 years and there is no problem with them at all , its just that some people dont understand the way they work and dismiss them as crap . they are the same as normal bolts and they would allow you to have a much wider choice of alloy wheel as there arn't many 4x98 wheels as your going to find out and i did find out laugh . good luck .

I think the only 16" wheels that will look good on the coupe are the standard 20vt or the plus wheel. Anything else will look too small in the wheel arch.

Nismo

I am happy to go for 4x100.

What exactly is the spec I need to get as I have some brand new fiat 4x100 that I was going to use with W bolts but when I took them to the fitter they wouldnt fit due to the "centre of wheels" being smaller than the coupe could accept.

Dont want to make that mistake again frown

I agree with Jimbo. after market 16" wheels could look very rubbish. Just sell the tyres and get some nice alloys or else it will be a waste of money. Just look at the plus that is for sale with after market 16" wheels that is getting alot of bad press at the moment.

362bhp of warble

I agree to most above: 17 inch looks a lot better, and with pcd 100 and wobbly bolts you would have a lot of choice really!

Mine are 4x100 as wel, and no problems!

have your fiat wheels got any plastic rings on the inside of the wheels where the centre caps go ??? they may be to small and you need to change them for larger one's if the fitter said they won't fit . i can't remember what the size is but i will see if i can find the post about them .

I will have a look - the fitter said the wheel bore was smaller than the coupe bore.

The Fiat wheels are from a 59 reg G Punto!
