well planned on giving the car a good clean and polish this morning,its sunny here up north,ive now got a 8-12 inch scratch(keyed)along my passengers door the complete and utter ,guess when ive calmed down abit it will be cheaper to get another door,theres a few trolley/car door dents anyway

Same thing happened to me, makes me sick.

I know the feeling, I had to get a dent pulled on friday out of the bravo as some ass thought it would be funny to kick it

Just as well i know a good dent man who repaired it for £45 and no harm done bar to my wallet.

I'm hesitant about taking my coupe out, I hate parking it in built up areas

When I got my new CLK a few years back parked it at the library, went to collect some books drivers doorwas keyed, car was 2 weeks old and cost £270 to get resprayed (metallic blue)
I now photo the car and its neigbhors if I am doubful of where I am parking.

Pity I didn't catch the idiot ..............

Sorry to hear about damage to your car. If I were you I would not get a new door as it is unlikely to match the colour of your car as porto blue often fades. Also a new door might not fit as snug as your orignial door which can result in water getting in and wind noise. I think your best bet would be to get the door sprayed, but this could cost quite a bit to get done.

Had a problem with repeated vandalism on my old car, possibly a neighbour with a parking grudge. Needless to say i have found a new parking spot for the coop, makes you sick.
